In this beautiful 55+ year-old patient, the primary concerns weren’t simply loose skin or sagging along the jawline. Instead, the imbalance stemmed from the central facial structures: nasal deviation, loss of projection, upper lip elongation with age, and under-projected chin support. Rather than performing a traditional facelift, we focused on targeted structural corrections. A septoplasty straightened the internal framework to improve both function and symmetry. A finesse rhinoplasty refined and restructured the nose with subtle, precise adjustments. Chin augmentation restored lower facial support and profile balance. Finally, an upper lip lift shortened the aging upper lip and improved dental show for a more youthful, expressive appearance. Because meticulous, delicate techniques are used — and nasal packing is typically avoided — discomfort is minimal. Many patients describe the recovery as pressure or stiffness rather than pain.
